Three-day coaching session for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) was organized by the Career Counseling Cell and IQAC of Moran Mahila Mahavidyalaya from April 8 to 10, 2025. The programme was hosted by Musfica Begum, Coordinator of the Career Counseling Cell and Assistant Professor, Department of English. It was inaugurated by the Principal of the college, Dr. Tarun Gogoi, who delivered an inspiring speech on career opportunities in the modern world.
The session featured three expert resource persons over the course of three days. On the first day, Dr. Jitu Ranjan Chetia, Senior Research Officer, Department of Chemistry, Dibrugarh University, conducted a session on General Knowledge and Environmental Studies based on the TET syllabus. On the second day, Dr. Rini Sonowal, Assistant Professor, Department of Education at Moran College, delivered an insightful lecture on “Educational Psychology and Child Development.” The final day featured Mr. Palash Kakoti, Assistant Teacher, Moran Public High School, who covered topics related to Basic Mathematical and Numerical Ability, relevant to CTET and STET examinations.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation of around 120 students, who were actively engaged in the sessions and made the event a great success.
